She has 10 years’ experience in the people development space that is leveraged with 15 years’ work as a corporate affairs and sustainability professional across emerging and developed markets, successfully engaging with a vast range of stakeholders from the public and private sectors.
Anna’s senior-level employment with global corporate enterprises reassured her that these are people who can improve their own future and the futures of their families, communities and society to drive sustainable progress. And these people are inspired, motivated and called for action by leaders.
Anna’s interest in people development and sustainability resulted in establishing her own consulting business on people and organisational development. For 10 years she has been supporting organisations and individuals on achieving impact they want. She has a track record of delivered projects that directly benefited 3000 senior and middle managers. Her recent focus on programmes to support entrepreneurship has directly engaged more than 80 000 young people.
Anna holds master’s degrees in Pedagogics & Socio-Cultural Communication from Moscow State Pedagogical University and in Professional Coach-Mentoring from Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring. She is a certified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence MSCEIT, MBTI Step I, FIRO-B, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Mindfulness.
